Bridal Policies, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Face Creations by Marilyn, we are committed to providing exceptional bridal beauty services and creating a seamless, stress-free experience for your special day. Please review the following policies carefully before booking.

Booking & Payment

• Bridal Trial Makeup is required for all brides.

• A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure and reserve your wedding date.

• Full payment for all scheduled services must be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding or event date.

• If full payment is not received at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled wedding or event date, the reservation will be considered canceled and the date may be released without notice and made available to other clients.

On-Location Services

• On-location services require a minimum of four (4) makeup applications.

• A travel fee starting at $75 applies to all mobile and on-location services. Additional travel charges may apply depending on location.

• Clients are responsible for any valet parking fees, parking garage fees, tolls, venue parking charges, or other parking-related expenses incurred by the artist.

• Bridal parties requiring more than four (4) makeup applications will incur an additional artist fee of $125.

• Touch-up services are available for $85 per hour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than ten (10) days prior to the wedding or event date will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within ten (10) days of the wedding or event date will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit all payments made and are not eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered.

• Travel fees and additional artist fees are non-refundable once services have been confirmed and scheduled.

• Face Creations by Marilyn reserves the right to refuse service when appropriate.
